Brilliant and distinctive regal elegance. 23ct gold plated stylised romantic bow brooch embellished with clear round-cut Swarovski crystals. Closes with safety catch pin. Stamped with a signature swan. Symbolising love and marriage, the bow motif first appeared in jewellery in the 17th century French royal court of Louis XIV. 23ct gold plate and Swarovski crystals, 4.45 cm ABOUT THE DESIGNER The birthplace of Swarovski, renown for its high quality crystals, is the Rhine Valley, from whence "rhinestones" got their name.
