1980s Vintage Chanel Quilted Pendant

The most desired label in the world. Gold plated oval link chain. Features iconic quilted interlocking small "CC" logo pendant. Closes with supersized spring ring clasp. Chanel authenticity tag. Chanel`s quilting detail was inspired by the puffy jackets worn by the horse breeders at her lover Captain Arthur Edward "Boy" Capel`s stables. It was first seen on her 2.55 handbag which was created in February 1955 and the quilted detail so often seen on her Chanel jewellery was introduced in the 80`s under the helm of Victoire De Castellane.
