1980s Attwood & Sawyer Bird Brooch

A perfect little treasure. This 22ct gold plated bird of paradise brooch features pastel cream and mint green enamel complimented with round-cut clear and emerald green Swarovski crystals. Many of their most popular items were interpretations of the Duchess of Windsor's, ( Wallis Simpson ) personal collection given to her by King Edward VIII. Their high quality approach to bold costume jewellery is now very sought after. The brand had a very strong presence across the UK and Europe, and went on to produce the jewellery for the television series "Dallas" and "Dynasty" in the 80`s.
