1970s Vintage Attwood & Sawyer Dragonfly Brooch

This 22ct gold plated brooch features delicate dragonfly design embellished with round-cut clear Swarovski crystals embellished with green enamel. It closes with a safety-catch pin, signed A&S for Attwood & Sawyer. 22ct gold plate and Swarovski crystals, 2.5 cm x 3 cm ABOUT THE DESIGNER Established in England in the mid-fifties, Attwood & Sawyer specialised in creating costume reproductions of fine jewellery. Many of their most popular items were interpretations of the Duchess of Windsor's personal collection. Their high quality approach to bold costume jewellery is now very sought after. The brand had a very strong presence across the UK and Europe, and went on to produce the jewellery for the television series "Dallas" and "Dynasty" in the 80`s.
