Undeniable elegance from Trifari. This fabulously textured gold plated brooch features delicate openwork in a bow flower design. Embellished with a central luminous faux pearl. It closes with a safety-catch pin, signed Trifari. Symbolising love and marriage, the bow motif first appeared in jewellery in the 17th century French royal court of Louis XIV. Gold plate and faux pearl, 5 cm ABOUT THE DESIGNER Trifari created some of the most desirable costume jewellery of the twentieth century, many of its designers having trained at Cartier.
