Rhodium plate and Swarovski crystals, 18.5 cm ABOUT THE DESIGNER Austrian native, Emanuel Ciner initally created an exclusive collection of fine jewellery. In 1931, he applied his skills to rhinestones and faux pearls and would one day call his collection, "The Tiffany of Costume Jewellery." Used gold and rhodium plate together with Swarovski crystals.
