1950s Vintage Trifari Aurora Borealis Bracelet

Regal Sophistication. This rhodium plated bracelet features prong-set round and oval-cut aurora borealis Swarovski crystals in a sublime shade of pale blue. Silver plate and Swarovski crystals, 18 cm x 2 cm ABOUT THE DESIGNER Trifari created some of the most desirable costume jewellery of the twentieth century, many of its designers having trained and designed at Van Cleef & Arpels and Cartier. Amongst them was Alfred Phillipe who joined Trifari in 1930 as head designer and Andre Boeuf another celebrated signature designer from Cartier who became lead designer in the 60s once Alfred Phillipe retired. The company patented its own non-tarnish metal, calling it Trifanium.
