Amongst them was Alfred Phillipe who joined Trifari in 1930 as head designer and Andre Boeuf another celebrated signature designer from Cartier who became lead designer in the 60s once Alfred Phillipe retired. The company patented its own non-tarnish metal, calling it Trifanium.
